Overview: In 2009 CFED will be celebrating its 30th anniversary with a focus on the innovations and creativity that will drive the next 30 years of expanding economic opportunity. CFED will host the 2009 Innovation Summit, the first of an ongoing series of innovation convenings. The Summit will be accompanied by a special set of activities and publications - online and in print formats.

Location

CFED’s 2009 Innovation Summit will take place at Sidney Harman Hall, 610 F Street, NW, Washington, DC, a stunning downtown venue whose light-filled spaces will inspire creativity and energize participants throughout the day. A room block will be reserved at a nearby hotel for out-of-town attendees.

Date

CFED’s 2009 Innovation Summit will be a one-day convening on Thursday, October 29, 2009.  Plan to stay in Washington DC for CFED’s 30th anniversary gala celebration that will take place that evening at the nearby National Building Museum.
